* AGRO TECH FOODS: Has opened its first peanut butter making unit in
Jhagadia, Gujarat.
* AKSH OPTIFIBRE: The company's arm has commissioned its
manufacturing unit in Dubai's free zone.
* COAL INDIA: Has decided to amend its memorandum of association in
order to foray into the business of producing fertilisers and chemicals using
coal gas.
* CROMPTON GREAVES: Has won an order to supply 750,000 smart meters
to Spanish utilities company Gas Natural Fenosa.
* DHANLAXMI BANK: Has sought shareholders' approval to raise 1.99 bln
rupees by issuing 43.9 mln shares at 45.55 rupees per share.
* GULSHAN POLYOLS: Has commissioned its precipitated calcium
carbonate plant at ITC's paper manufacturing unit in West Bengal.
* IDEA CELLULAR: Has entered into a two-year pact with INDIAN OIL
CORP to provide end-to-end customer solutions such as booking for gas
cylinder refills to sending text message updates on billing and delivery.
* JAYPEE INFRATECH: The Supreme Court has rejected the company's plea

0.96% stake in the company through offer for sale today and has set a floor
price of 74 rupees per share.
